Redstone villas is a peaceful boutique estate located in Stuart Hill, Madikeri, Karnataka — tucked into the coffee-laden hills of Kodagu district.
The estate is spread across landscaped gardens and shaded coffee plantations, complete with a peaceful natural surroundings, comfortable well-appointed interiors, and quiet outdoor sit-outs — making it just the place to properly switch off, even if it's only for a weekend.

Breakfast is included with every stay, prepared with estate-grown produce where possible. Lunch and dinner can be arranged with advance notice.
The estate is roughly 10–15 minutes by car from central Madikeri, with most of Coorg's landmark attractions within a 20 km radius.

Our Beginning
Built From Coorg's
Own Red Earth
Redstone takes its name from the laterite stone quarried from this very hillside — the same red earth that gives Coorg's soil its richness for coffee and cardamom. What began as a family home was slowly reimagined into a small collection of villas, each built to preserve the quiet the land is known for.
We are not a hotel chain, and we don't try to be. Redstone is run by the family that built it, with a small team drawn from the surrounding villages — people who know the estate, the district, and its stories, and are glad to share them.
